Corporate Coaching:
Using the principles and teachings of OnCourse, Rael developed a transformational methodology called the Preferred Workplace Model.

This model engages employees to raise the standards and expectations of both their conduct and performance, levels the playing field upon which these are evaluated and provides each person with a clearly defined measurement upon which their workplace performance is gauged.

Rael helps organizations improve in three areas:
