Personal Coaching: Rael has personally coached over 600 individuals
using the principals and methods of OnCourse.
The OnCourse process ensures that clients remain on track and enables them to
transition from where they are to where they want to be.
Rael helps individuals improve in three areas:
1. Eliminating limiting beliefs and negative self talk.
2. Defining true goals, the reasons for wanting them and the ultimate prize received by
achieving them.
3. Developing habits required to reach your goals and achieve visible results in your life.
Corporate Coaching: Using the principles and teachings of OnCourse, Rael developed a transformational
methodology called the Preferred Workplace Model.
This model engages employees to raise the standards and expectations of both their
conduct and performance, levels the playing field upon which these are evaluated and
provides each person with a clearly defined measurement upon which their workplace
performance is gauged.
